Trained as an industrial clerk, has held various positions at Frankfurt Airport since 1984. Starting with Air Canada in the area of air cargo handling, he moved to Fraport AG in 1992, where he initially held management positions in the areas of air cargo and ground handling services from 1992 to 2002.
From 2002, he was responsible for the reorganization of the subsidiary Fraport Cargo Services GmbH as Managing Director, until he then took over as Head of Sales at Fraport AG in 2013. In 2014, he was elected president of the Aircargo Club Germany by its members, a position he held until 2017. From 2018, he took on a managing director position at FraSec GmbH until he left the company for personal reasons at the end of 2020.

Joined mycargo logistics GmbH in 2012 and progressed from freight handler to group leader and shift manager. Since 2015 operational management as well as personnel dispatcher and since 2023 additionally procuration.
Starting on the ramp as an aircraft handler, he has made his way through a wide variety of areas and tasks in aviation and has now been in the airport business for almost 30 years.
He was in charge of cargo, mail and courier transport on the apron and the handling of full freighters. He then successfully supported the international business of ground handling services in a wide variety of projects before becoming the deputy head of Fraport's renowned VIP services.
He then took on a task manager position in Fraport AG's sales department and was responsible for providing support and advice to CIS airlines and the Russian Federation, Central Asia and cargo airlines worldwide.
Most recently, he held the position of interim station manager aviation security at FraSec GmbH, a subsidiary of Fraport AG. Due to his many years at the airport and the many different activities and tasks, he has a wealth of knowledge and knows airport operations inside out.
Since 2023, the has been responsible for sales at Prime Aircargo Services GmbH.
