Operational performance is no longer your sole responsibility; personnel or technical challenges are now the responsibility of the work contractor – i.e. us!
“Your work” is then continuously performed to the specified scope, quality and time. And at a fixed agreed price – giving you a firm basis for calculation – short-term or long-term.
