Our Code of Conduct is clear:
It has nothing to do with “denigrate”
if you report a violation to us.
If you notice any misconduct in our company or during work – regardless of who committed it and at what hierarchical level – we depend on you to report it. Only then can we investigate the matter and take appropriate measures to ensure that this or similar things do not happen again.
This has nothing to do with ” denigrating”, because it ultimately affects everyone at Prime Work Services: Any legal violations can lead to serious disadvantages for us – such as fines, claims for damages and loss of customers and employees. In addition, there is possible damage to our reputation: Often, even the appearance of a legal violation is enough to negatively influence the public perception and the attitude of business partners with regard to us.
