Born out of practice, learned from
practice: logistic excellence developed
from the scratch by an entrepreneur.
Tuncay Sekin had the idea for today’s Prime Work Services: He came to Germany with his parents from Turkey as a child, attended school here and then began working at Frankfurt Airport. He was employed by the airport owner Fraport AG for about 9 years in various positions in freight and logistics before making a fresh start in 2011: spurred on by the idea that customer orientation, speed and quality in logistics could still be optimized, he founded Prime Aircargo Services GmbH. The vision worked well: The team grew quickly, orders and customers were added, and a second management level was established. Together with the team, which now numbers over 300, he built a staffing company whose values have spread throughout the industry and cemented Prime Work Services reputation as a highly responsible service provider.
